3 weeks in and nothing changed or completed

The biggest issues Trump got elected on and none of his promises have come true: build the wall day 1, repeal Obamacare day 1, jail Hillary, wipe out isil on day 1. Why have none of these things happened when Trump promised they would occur on day 1? Did he lie? Did he just not understand the complexity of the laws and governing the country?
